Sometimes, change begins simply by listening to ourselves.
I'm Guy Gaylord. I invite you to pause, get to know yourself more deeply, and discover new possibilities through personal coaching with the Satya method.

I'm Guy, and people have always been at the heart of my journey.
I was born in Ramat Gan, Israel. At 28, my career took me to New York, and two years later I moved to Atlanta with the same company.
I spent around 30 years working in technology and IT. Beyond solving technical problems, what always fascinated me most was meeting people from different backgrounds, places and cultures.
I discovered that even while troubleshooting an IT issue, there is a genuine opportunity to listen, learn about someone, and connect. Organizing social events for colleagues also helped me see people beyond their job titles and build new connections.
Finding my way back to myself.
What brought me to Satya?
I came to Satya coaching at a time when I felt disconnected from myself. I knew how to listen to others, but much less to myself. I focused on making sure everyone else was okay, without always asking how I felt or what I needed.
Significant losses left their mark on me. Over time, I lost interest in things that once brought me joy, and even simple tasks began to feel exhausting.
After trying different approaches, Satya coaching invited me to pause, pay attention to my body and breath, and examine beliefs and patterns I'd carried since childhood — including those that no longer served me.
Through the process, I learned to recognize and communicate my needs, strengthen my inner resilience, and make more conscious, intentional choices about how I want to live.
What is the Satya method?
Satya is an integrative coaching method built around five foundations. Through reflection and attentive listening, it invites us to understand ourselves more deeply, recognize how we act and what drives us, and discover new possibilities for choice. The aim is to cultivate inner freedom, clarity, ease, compassion and joy in everyday life.
It's okay to pause. It's okay to listen. You can begin here.
I invite you to a one-hour session where we focus on what truly matters to you. Together, we'll explore where you are today, where you'd like to be, and the gap between the two.
This is a space for listening, curiosity and reflection — you don't need to arrive with all the answers.
